Article 104: Expenditure charged on Consolidated Fund

There shall be charged on the Consolidated Fund -
a
all debt charges for which Malta is liable;
b
all pensions, gratuities, or allowances prescribed by or under any law, or determined in accordance with such procedure as may be prescribed by or under any law; and
c
any such sums or any such expenses as may be prescribed by or under any law, or as may, in any circumstance, be specified in or in accordance with any such law.

In this article "debt charges" includes interest, sinking fund charges, the repayment or amortisation of debt, and all expenditure in connection with the raising of loans on the security of the Consolidated Fund and the service and redemption of debt created thereby.
